Peacehaven is a really challenging course, with the par 3 first having a local reputation for being one of the hardest firsts on the south coast. a really good course if you are trying to improve your accuracy. The third demands a good drive off the tee, deep rough on the left, trees on the right and a pond around 200 yards down the fairway. the fourth doglegs right, with a bunker on the front right of the green. the fifth, sixth and seventh are all straight where a good drive down the middle is enough. the final hole is a par 3 over trees, aim right for if you hit left you arent going to find your ball.

A lot of course packed into a small area. You may drive past it a couple of times on the coast road before you see it, but once you are playing it you will appreciate the strong sea-breeze that blows across all of the holes.
Very popular with the locals and - at times - you may not get a game at all. Not really worth driving to specially, but if you and the family were down on the south coast anyway and it just kept on raining...
