Chiberta is terrific, despite the large swathes of fairway under repair on one and nine when I played there.
The moment you cross the road and start the second this is terrific links golf before rolling back into the trees around nine and 10 and then 15 through to 18.
Don't miss it and if you want to stay in one of the world's great hotels then check into the Hotel du Palais Biarritz. Both Chiberta and du Palais are a must.

Chiberta has it all. It is a terrific course going from rolling tree lined hills out to the ocean and back again. Accuracy very important here. I've been there 3 different times and condition has always been very good, especially for France average. The hotel has one of the best golf lounges you'll find with great food and drink after the round. I can recommend it so highly that if you don't like it, I'll pay!!

Very interested to read your comments as we are going to play the course next Autumn. You mentioned a hotel being there also - can you advise the name of this please?
Many thanks
