| Parkland course with relatively narrow tree lined fairways demanding accuracy. Playable in all but extreme weather. Good mixture of doglegs and straight fairways with some bunkers. A challenge to the competitive golfer. For an appreciation and independent view of this course please see golfer reviews. |

I have hacked my way round this course a few times, never with much success. I prefer the pitch and putts where I can sometimes go round in under 100.

Friendly in the Pro Shop and behind the bar. Played on a Sunday afternoon at the beginning of March. Where as all other courses we'd played recently were very, very wet this was quite dry. Although the tees were mats they were all good quality mats and the greens were as true as could be expected for this time of year. Play was however slow (4 Hours) and the whole course has a very open feel especially on the third tee when even the wildest tee shot would struggle to find trouble. My favorite holes were the Par 5's (8th and 10th), the Par 3 (11th) and Par 4's (7th and 14th). An average course which people who don't like hills would enjoy.
