    Friendly, cheap, and accessible.
Got a good carp lake too.
Had a hole-in-one on the 3rd so always have a soft-spot for this track. Greens better than fairways.

An interesting course with forgiving wide fairways and only thin rough; ideal for players of all standards. Interesting water features running throughout make for both picturesque (12th) and challenging (9th, 15th, 17th) holes as you are tempted with a long iron over the streams or to wimp out and lay up! Well kept greens and very reasonable prices for all.

Great Course for the begginer. Found the back nine easier than the front nine, and really enjoyed the ninth and tenth where one really needs faith in order to drive a dogleg over the local brook and oaks that are sprinkled around the course.
Aethestically, the first 4 holes leave a lot to be desired but following the 3rd par three you begin to play back into the extablished areas.
A good round, and made it round in handicap - good for a beginner.

Beedles Lake Golf Course is an excellent course for the beginning golfer - although the very new player may find some of the holes a little long. A somewhat uninspiring start becomes more interesting with a difficult par 5, a drive over a brook and second over a ditch (SI 1) and then a longish par 3 that looks far easier than it plays. The best holes aesthetically are 10, 11, and 12 following which there is a fairly long slong in where difficulty is provided by the brook running infront of the long par 4 15th and par 5 17th.
Sometimes the lands original reclamation status is obvious with some pretty dodgy lies in the rough, but overall this is good value golf, with good greens, playing well all year round.
Excellent beer and food in the clubhouse rounds off a good day which would repay a visit.
