Having played Berkhamsted on a number of occasions, I have no hesitation in saying it is one of the best courses I have ever played.
It has no bunkers yet the natural landscape and undulations make up for the missing sand.
It is a pleasure to play and no matter how many times one plays it, it never feels the same with its tight fairways yet fairly forgiving greens, accuracy is paramount if you want a good round.
The facilities of the club are also an impressive asset to the club and the food was very good value for money.
For a great day of golf, nothing beats the hidden gem that is Berkhamsted Golf Club.
