1 hour 20 mins from Dublin, I have found Golf Heaven, this is one of the finest parkland courses i have played in europe, the fairways have links type feel, and are playable in any type of weather as the drainage is excellent, the greens are incredible, the food in the club house is home cooked & delicious, and nestled away in the corner is the best stocked and largest Golf shop i've ever seen, with prices that insure nobody leaves empty handed. This course and shop is worth a sunday drive even if you don't play a round !!! but you'll definitly return for one and many

in terrible shape now they are building a couple of new holes but 4 temp greens in june...come on some temp tee boxes also.it is a lovely course esp. the 10th but they always seem to have something majorly wrong with the golf course,and i've played it on and off over the past six years,needs new managment of green keepers or something because very rarely is it in good shape,only twice in about 12 times playing there has it been in good shape
