This month I played Brodick Golf course for the third year in a row and it is ideal for all types of golf, especially golfing breaks. I teed off on a Tuesday evening at the beginning of August this year (2009) at 19.20 and left the 18th green at 21.15. I also, incidentally, managed to break 70 at that time of night!!! Superb views and your wife might even decide to walk around!!!

Just spent a week golfing at Brodick Golf Club. The course was a little
wet, but the greens were good and difficult to read. Hospitality in the
clubhouse was first class. A short but challenging course, perfect for
holiday golfing!

Brodick is the best course on the Isle of Arran where you play against a backdrop of beautiful scenery with soaring hills and seaviews . It is a well maintained course whose greens and fairways challenge the novice and the seasoned golfer . It is also ideal for families golfing together ; being very welcoming to juniors and beginners . Th club house has an ideal situation looking straight up the fairways to Goat Fell .
I reccommend it .
