A very pleasant parkland course based in the scenic Camperdown park in Dundee. Overall a good test of golf - it helps if you are long and straight. Lots of trees, well maintained greens and a very plesant atmosphere surround the course. A hidden gem and well worth playing. The only slight downside is that it is a municipal course and can therefore be quite busy at the weekends. Quiet during the week.
Green fees are very reasonable for what you get.
camperdown has got to be one of the best council owned courses in Scotland a big credit must go to the greenkeeping staff who have done an amazing job to keep it looking its best all year round
Just played Camperdown Golf Course for the first time in around 15 years (June2004). Couldn't believe the difference in the place! The condition of the fairways & greens were superb a credit to the greenkeeeping staff! This must be one of the finest municiple golf courses in Scotland at present and I strongly recommend a round here this season! The tree lined fairways and the scenery make this a must play course for the Heartlands of Scotland.
Enjoy 6 nights in St Andrews in a comfortable 3/4* recommended hotel & play 5 rounds of Golf with Guaranteed Tee Times at St Andrews Old Course, New Course, Carnoustie Championship Links, Kingsbarns Links and The Torrance Links, Self – Drive or Coach and Driver
