My local course so I know it very well. Ideal for beginners but still has testing holes for the lower handicapper notably the 9th and 11th. A nice course that wont hurt the pocket either.

An excellent course for beginners which is easy on the wallet, as well as your supply of golf balls. Most noticeable is the 18th, a par four where you have the choice of going over the trees or the safe route down the left.
The course is short without any par fives and has excellent views of Arthur's seat to the south-east.
