Now established as one of the best courses in South-west England, Cumberwell Park offers the perfect but rare combination of a golfing challenge which at the same time doesn't discourage the high handicapper. Cumberwell Park welcomes members, visitors, societies and corporate days. The club's success has lead to expansion and a new 9 holes was opened in July 1999 making 27 holes in total. Golfers now enjoy the flexibility this has created. Not only is it easy to book the time you want to play but you can also choose your favourite courses.

The natural contours of the landscape shape the design, which encompasses 315 acres. The beauty and interest of the course is further enhanced by 10 lakes, thirty-four acres of forest and free flowing streams. All greens have been constructed to U.S.G.A specification, which adds to the fabulous condition and design. Tees are built with sand based root zone mix, ensuring that tee mats are not used through the winter.

The clubhouse offers a welcoming atmosphere. The Pro shop is recognised as one of the best around. Tuition is available to all levels. The Wiltshire barn style clubhouse also offers a spikes bar, and has facilities for conferencing, weddings, private dining, corporate events and Sunday lunch.

Directions
On the A363, just 6 miles from Bath, 1mile from Bradford-on-Avon. Equally accessible from the South West, via junction 17 & 18 off the M4. Helicopter landing is available next to the clubhouse.

There are now 3 loops of 9 holes, making it possible to select any combination for the 18 holes you wish to play. The new 9 (the Blue course) has an excellent layout. The 8th hole is a 'killer' par 3 of up to 220 yards, all of which is carry over a lake and usually into the prevailing wind. A real test, but the whole experience is memorable.
