Not a particularly welcoming sight as you see the Club House, but once on the course you may be quietly surprised. As another reviewer has mentioned, the rough is indeed fairly harsh, but the quality of most of the holes is very high. A fair number of blind second shots are required, which can be daunting if it's your first time on the course. The greens are seem to be true and run well, but perhaps the some of the fairways could do with widening slightly, thereby eating away at some of that unruly rough. Recommended though.

I am a new member of Diss Golf Club. Thee course is a challenge to all handicap ranges, I am of 18 at the moment. The course is well layed out, however, if you decide to play the course, stock up on plenty of golf balls, as the rough is unforgiving, and the chances are, once in, lost ball. The facilities are basic but OK. The members seem friendly enough.
