Played this course in the rain the week of the 2006 Ryder Cup. The Duggan family is doing an excellent job of developing the former farm property and is heavily involved. Layout needs a few more years to mature but has some interesting holes. Number 1 tee is from off from the clubhouse roof. 230 yard par three 10th is a real challenge. With the surrounding development the course should flourish. My best to Averil and the family
