Booked a tee time for 11am and turned up to find 12 people waiting in front!, members just turn up and play, so theres no point in booking a tee time, also my mate got turned away as his polo shirt never had a "correct" logo, absolute joke! The staff are very condesending and to be honest there attitude in general is horrific. would avoid course at all costs, Seaham and Sharpley up the road are much better with a warm welcome and not some dated approach for course etiquette.

Booked a tee off time for 13:30 arrived to find at least 15 people on the first tee with their balls in the shute ,so you can imagine our waiting time .My point is why take bookings if members etc can just turn up and play .This is the second time i have tried this course ,the first time exactly the same but we were not allowed to play because the pattern on my golf shorts was the wrong kind !.This golf course is an absolute joke and i will never go near it again .Non members beware. Sharpley just up the road is far Superior.
