Kilkenny Golf Club is set in a beautiful parkland. It has hosted several Professional Championship events. In 1984 and 1996, it was the venue for the All Ireland Mixed Foursome Finals and in 1985 hosted the All Ireland Cups and Shields Finals.

Kilkenny is set on an 18 hole championship course set on 125 acres of parkland. It hosted the Carnells Irish Match-play. The course is mostly flat with an abundance of trees.

    I found this course very ordinary to play. There are lots of trees / shrubs and some narrow fairways but apart from that there are no water hazards, etc. Convenient because it's in the town. Overall 3/5.
