| Kinsale comprises of the old 9 hole courses at Ringanane which overlooks the sea and has panoramic views. The new course at Farrangalway is an 18 hole newly championship constructed course which is a real challenge to the serious golfer. It has a two storey imposing clubhouse which opened in October 1995.

A relatively young course which is a fair test of golf suitable for both low and high handicappers with interesting holes and a tough uphill par five with an approach over water to finish. Accurate tee shots (some blind) and good course management are rewarded. Excellent fairways and greens, whilst the rough was not over punishing on my visit.
