Doh! I am going to Scotland's Southern Uplands to play golf on flat course's, is akin to going to the desert for a swim!!! Yes Peebles is a hilly course but what a jewel. Superb layout with no 2 holes the same and the fastest greens this side of the West Pacos. We have enjoyed the benefits of the Freedom of the Fairways scheme on two occasions and this course is without doubt the best of them all. My Peebles ball marker remains my lucky mascot and I am still yet to loose a match when its in my pocket!!!!

Peebles golf club, park course up and down a hill 18 pounds. As I don't like playing on a course suitable for down hill skiing in the winter I would not recommend this course to anyone. However the people at the club were extremely nice.
