Peterhead is a lynx course witch is considered to be one of the hardest courses in the north east of scotland especially on a windy day. The highwinds can make the corse css turn out as 73 74 or in the past few years have seen it be a non-counter. it is a scenic course too with the trdemark hole 10th Cottage a site not to miss.

Last summer I played Peterhead with a good wind up and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is a challenging but fair course that I would recommend.

A great test of true links golf, the course and greens in superb condition. New club house with good catering facility. Great opening hole with tee shot over river inlet

Founded in 1841 Peterhead is the 8th oldest golf club in the world. It provides a tough test of any golfers skill and with first class facilities it truly offers value for money and should be included in any visitors golf itinerary.

Super test of any golfer. No 2 holes alike and consistent green speeds. The greenkeepers do a terrific job in keeping this course, situated on the coast of the North Sea, in super condition all year round.
The club facilities are top class, with a friendly and helpful staff. The Scenic 16th is a tee shot to behold and a testing second to a green protected front and sides by daunting pot bunkers.
This course should be written into the diary of any golfer visiting the North east of Scotland.
