13. A bit of a climb to the tee but it's worth it for the view. You can see straight up the Swansea valley to the Brecon Beacons some 20 miles away in one direction and the Black Mountains in another. Look west and you can see the city of Swansea, the sea 10 miles away and on a really clear day' the English coast across the Bristol Channel.
An uphill, dogleg par 4 with out of bounds left and right.
14. A downhill par 3.
15. An uphill par 4. Out of bounds on the left, and the green can't be seen, but it's a good 100yds over the crest.
16. Downhill par 4. The tee looks down 100ft above the hole. You have to clear 150yds, as it is out of bounds on the left, trouble on the right, a wide ditch 220 yds and the green is out of bounds 300yds away, but your elevation makes this distance possible. Watch out you big hitters.
17. Downhill par 4. The fairway narrows and there are a couple of trees at 300yds to interfere with your approach shot.
18. A dogleg left par 4. Your view is totally obscured by a barn to the left. Aim for the fairway marker then it's an uphill shot across a road to the final green.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse has excellent facilities. A cosy bar with satellite TV. A beautiful lounge, a 50-60 seat dining room, and good clean changing facilities, friendly staff and members and to top it off excellent food.
Enjoy the golf, enjoy the facilities but especially enjoy the views.
