Eddie Connaughton designed this parkland course, extended to 18 holes in 1996. Long challenging par 4's and short tricky par 3's provided great golf for all handicap ranges. Feature holes are par 3, ninth, par 3 thirteenth an the long par 4, index two, eighteenth hole in front of the clubhouse.

I played this course in mid-Summer when it was at it's peak and I must say that it had to be one of the best courses I played all year. I am an eight handicapper and I am quite an experienced player, but I would say that this course would be a joy for all handicappers to play; those young and old.
There is a magnificent new club house on site and with all eighteen greens being sand based, mature trees lining most fairway's and bunkers littered all over the holes, it would not be an understatement to say that this is the enthusiastic golfer's paradise. There are two sets of tees to choose from and both present a severe but also a rewarding test of golf. It is also well priced at only fifteen pounds for eighteen holes and is opened ninety percent of the year. The food is delicious and the staff are very helpful. I hope this course will be a joyful for others to play as it was for me.
