A wonderful course and a hidden jewel. I have played all of the more famous
parkland courses in Munster, Ireland, and I feel that as a fair test,
Shannon is the best course I played. From the manicured fairways and
excellent greens to the warm welcome in the excellent new clubhouse, I
thoroughly enjoy every visit.

Shannon is my favourite course, the fourth hole which is a par three is my favourite hole because I had a hole in one on it in 1989 when I was the Lady captain.
