A pleasent little course with some cracking views, the 5th hole up the plays it full length. the 7 & 8 are unusual being blind par 3s, the 7th over 200y long.

I have played this course for over 10 years and enjoyed every minute of it. It has a very friendly membership and you can be assured of a game at any time. It has visitors who keep coming back, year in and year out, to try and master it and have not succeeded yet. With 4 par 3's it sounds simple but it is not. The greens are the best in the west from early in the season till winter sets in. It has a Seniors Open middle of June which is always oversubscribed, and same with an open in August. Both are in the Wee Yellow Book. Come and try it!

I have been playing at Strathendrick for about 3 years this being its centenary is quite a special year and I am proud to be a member of such a nice friendly Golf Club. I still have a 45 handicap but who cares the wild life and views make up for my rotten golfing. At the lady beginners I had a Golden Ferret at the ninth I had never heard that expression but every one seemed quite pleased about it so I am as well even though like most of my good shots it was a fluke. Long may my Golfing continue and long may Strathendrick remain the friendly club it is.
