Lovely house for sale by owner, some hundred yards from the most beatifull golf around Paris.

Roncemay is one of the prettiest courses in Burgundy. It demands straight driving and accuracy on the Par 3's.
There are ponds to drive over at the 5th and 18th holes and numerous streams to catch your drives and second shots at other holes.
Sensational greens all year round
The course is very rich in wildlife. The excellent quality of the catering is renowned throughout Burgundy.
A must for the serious Golfer.
