I just want to experess, my anger about the increddible noise at Montecastillo Golf! I played there on 22.9.06. F 1 Testing produced continuos loud noise over all the terrain! I you expect to play there, make sure there is no testing and training! Course was in poor condition!

What do you mean by testing? What sort of noise. I was thinking of going for a holiday at the Montecastillo Golf Resort next Sept. - but perhaps not?

I love Montecastillo. It is a beautiful course with awesome fairways and perfect greens. We go there all the time from the military base which is close by. Easy to catch a mac flight and play a round. Not to expensive in the off season. Like 40 Euros for a round including cart and lunch. Great deal.

Do you know if the course is open over Christmas. Are courses generally in the area open over the Christmas period? We are planning a holiday and it would be a great pity if they're closed! Be grateful for any info. Regards Jonathan

I know that Montecastillo is open the whole year, I use to play there 5 or 6 times a year. It is great.
