Played Peralada in May and found it to be in its usual excellent condition. Not the hardest course in the area but the wind blew just to toughen it up a bit!
Play was slow but that just seems to be the way of it in Spain now.

The most beautiful course that positively encourages you to feel you can drive your ball down the fairway. All carefully thought holes that lead you to think before taking the driver and feel that next time you can really conquer it. Incredible facilities for lessons and practice and first class hotel.

Not the hardest course in the area but still very nice, it's used for the Q School qualifiers so it should be good. Tougher if the wind blows. You should play to your handicap here, good first venue if you are planning a golf holiday. Well maintained and manicured, some long walks green to tee but not hilly. English starter (Bill) so no problem communicating with him!
Excellent range facilities, good terrace overlooking the first and 10th tees.
Playing again in May, will post an up to date review when I get back.
