I am a 6 handicapper and have been to the Costa Del Sol every May for last 3 years of all the courses we have played Rio Real is the fairest, most pleasing on the eye. The course has very few blind shots and yardages are easily calculated. I would put La Quinta a close second for the same reasons, but some of the other courses including Marbella & Cabopino are too short and club selection off the tee is a lottery, with the penalty for having too much club even when it is hit straight being extremely penal. therefore most enjoyable, some of the oth and

Some very good holes,but... the staff were arrogant,food & drinks & green fees were the most expensive of 6 courses we visited. fairways tees & greens were far too close together,always waiting for people near you to play, was so let down .. so fcuk em here. choose anywhere else and be pleased !!
