One of the most beautiful places i've ever been. The people are great and the course always looked beautiful. I would encourage anyone to go and enjoy the island and what it has to offer. I played the course for 3 years almost everyday. Take advantage of the caddies and tip them well.

While stationed in the Azores (1986-88) we played this course nearly every week (weather permitting). Terrific course with spectacular views. Azaleas line the fairways in late July-August and is beautiful! It is a challenging course I would recommend to anyone!

You can't beat it... I payed E180 for a six month membership. Because of the heavy rain this course isn't the best looking course, but being the only one on the island at the above price makes it worth it. Challenging, consisting of the 7th par 5 up hill all the way it takes the wind out of you. You'll lose sight of the fairway after about 100 yards. I like it and plan on going back.
