The Faldo Course will have an Arizona desert feel, especially with the beautiful terracotta colour of the earth - a great colour contrast, from green to terracotta to white bunkers, all under blue skies, giving the feeling of being in the mountains.

Designed by Nick Faldo with strategic play in mind, this par-72 Championship course demands careful positioning to score well.Rocky outcrops, meandering watercourses and views to the distant mountains and orange groves define its essential character.

Fabulous set up and first class all the way. Beware, be careful what you wish for. we asked to play off the whites and were allowed to. Big mistake, unless you are a really accomplished low handicapper this course will destroy you. Very high tariff, looooong carries, narrow fairways, lots of bunkers, fiendishly fast greens with steep run offs. Forget the ego, go off the yellows and enjoy.

Amazing set up! I played it when it was months old and it plays as though it`s been there for years,Plot your way around and you`ll score well, lose concentration and you`ll have bogey after bogey. One par 5 is 670 yards off the back tees!! lots of run off areas too, so miss the green and you`re faced with a testing chip off a bare lie onto very fast greens.Golfers of every handicap will come away thinking WOW!!!
