Nairn Golf Club - Scotland

1999 Walker Cup host Nairn Golf Club in the Scottish Highlands is a collaboration between three of the country's golf legends: Old Tom Morris, Ben Sayers and James Braid. Morris provided the original design; Braid came in shortly after to alter some tees and do what he does best: bunkering. Sayers, of North Berwick Golf Links fame, added some new holes in the 1920s.

The Nairn layout has remained largely the same since, aside from some lengthening prior to the Walker Cup. This links golf course sits on the edge of Moray Firth and is mostly flat, save for a few holes on the back of the property (notably Nos. 13 and 14). Nairn is about 15 minutes from Inverness and about an hour from Royal Dornoch.
