Northern Ireland's
Moyola Park Golf
Club a disappointment,
reader says
(Oct. 21, 2006) - The golf course at Moyola Park Golf Club in Northern Ireland was in very disappointing condition when I played it and is definitely not recommended at any time other than summer.
The bunkers were a disgrace to the members.

The greens, although quite fast, were littered with pitch marks, and some of the fairways were awful.
The 15th and the 17th on both of our visits were played on temporary greens, and the green staff drove over my ball with a tractor mower on one occasion.
There are a host of better golf clubs in Northern Ireland. Play one of them instead, and keep this one for the summer months.
